Are you feeling lucky? Curious about whether fate favors your side? Well before you run out and put it all on black, try testing out Lucky Me Lite for iPhone. This unique little app showcases a fun series of chance based games and activities that test your luck and “some” skill. Fare well through the challenges and you will be awarded lucky charms that can be collected, and then saved as iPhone screen backgrounds.

Emantras Inc., the developers behind Lucky Me Lite, released an app with simple silly challenges coupled with quirky sound effects and energetic visuals. Each game utilizes different methods of touch to reach the end goal. Don’t stall though because time is of the essence. Advance by touching, tapping, clicking, pinching, squishing, and shaking.

Customize and edit the app name after yourself (ex. ‘Lucky Joe’)

At the end of the seven games, get your luck score with a fortune quote, which describes how good or bad your luck is. The app also includes some nice bonus features like customizing the app name title after your name, for example “Lucky Lucy”. Another feature includes an option that allows you to submit your score and unique message to Facebook so you can share with friends.

Lucky Me Lite has crisp visuals and carnival like game play. While the app was visually appealing and did include multiple touch and shake controls, we found the challenges had become somewhat repetitive and lost there luster after a few times through. This game may find a longer life with younger generations. Though if you can’t make it to Las Vegas, whip out Lucky Me Lite, grab your rabbit’s foot and four-leaf clover, then test your luck.
