Mega Jump

Unlimited coins, awesome powerups, and a little orange dude. Only one place to find it. Mega Jump. The game was released a few days ago and it looks to be a great challenge to Doodle Jump. Many have tried and failed but this game has style. It has power-ups. It’s the one. And only Get Set Games could make it.

The game is relatively simple. Bounce off the ground and you’re soaring in the sky. Grabbing big coins, little coins, any you can get your hands on. Watch out for stars too, they give you a super boost of power. They come in teal, maroon, and gold. There are also other powerups, including magnet, balloon, anvil, parachute, and many more. There are even two kinds of incredible fire rockets; they come in orange and purple. They boost you at lightning fast speeds and can take you thousands of feet higher in a matter of seconds.

The replay value is fantastic here aswell. A pick-up-and-play game, you’ll find yourself playing over and over again. Your fight for #1 in the world will be long and difficult, but so rewarding. Openfeint was a great choice by Get Set Games, utilizing the ability to incorpate achievements into the game aswell as global high-scores. The game currently does not allow you to challenge friends, but hopefully that will come in a future update.

Don’t forget about the music either, it’s awesome too. Even the SFX is mind-blowing. The dev even promises updates which I look forward to greatly. I can’t wait for this game to reach #1. I used to play Doodle Jump often, but lately Mega Jump’s been calling my name louder. Look out Lima Sky. You’ve got competition.
