Here’s an app that’s a must download for every pet owner! PawTrotter by App Inspire LLC, is your pocket sized interactive guide for locating dog parks and beaches, vets and animal hospitals, pet stores, pet groomers, pet sitters, and pet friendly hotels. Whether you’re at home or on the go owning a pet can be a real burden. Finding the right pet sitters, pet friendly hotels, local dog parks, emergency care, and so on can take months and be a real drag. PawTrotter makes it effortless. All you have to do is open the app to see what’s available where you are, or if you’re planning to travel you can enter in the location (city/state) and PawTrotter returns a complete list including name, address, phone number, distance, map and directions, and reviews. You can even write your own reviews, rate, and enter new locations directly from the app!

PawTrotter currently provides over 130,000 results for pet-related businesses and destinations. To find your ideal pet friendly business or destination you can browse by location and can sort and filter by category, distance, price, and rating. You can enhance current listings by adding photos, ratings, and reviews, and if you happen to know of a super secret spot that isn’t displayed in the app you can enter it in as a new destination! For things like pet friendly hotels it lists any required pet deposits and the amount, and for dog parks and beaches it lists the hours of operation. At any time you can mark results as favorites and can access them later with as little as one touch! It really doesn’t get any easier than that.

The data entry forms could be laid out better and more user friendly

I’d love to see more location based services added such as being able to locate and communicate with other PawTrotter users so you can meet up at a dog park or anywhere else
